Noida: Supertech agrees to submit weekly construction reports to its buyers

In a bid to avert the indefinite protest of people who have invested in residential apartments of the Supertech Group located in Noida and Greater Noida, the top officials had conducted a meeting yesterday. Held at the Supertech office in Sector 58, this meeting sought to shed light on the reasons that have lead to delays in possession.

The protest was to be held under the banner of NEFOWA (Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association). Greater Noida News
The meeting was presided by RK Arora, Chairman of Supertech Group. The homebuyers alleged that despite having booked flats nearly eight years ago, they are still living in rented accommodations. They have reiterated that this has become very challenging as they have already paid 90 percent of the total amount to the developer.
Buyers have also pointed out the instances of the past when false promises of delivery had been made. Apartment management software
Abhishek Kumar, President of NEFOWA told City Spidey that Arora has now assured the buyers that the group shall submit the future reports of all the projects. Arora has also announced that a weekly report of construction work will be presented to the buyers.
“Buyers have told Arora that they have received the demand letters, which precede possession. However, false accounts have been given about the remaining payments. Arora did say that he will ensure that these errors are rectified,” Kumar informed.
“Supertech buyers have granted Arora 15 days to submit future reports of all the projects in Noida and Greater Noida. There are 10 projects of Supertech in Noida and Greater Noida and more than 20,000 buyers are affected due to the developer’s fault,” said Rakesh Kumar, a buyer of Supertech Eco Village.
