Greater Noida residents to get Ganga water at homes soon

 

To provide Ganga water directly to the homes, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has constructed a pipeline and reservoir.

The Ganga water will be fetched from Upper Ganga Canal in Haridwar. Ganga water will be supplied to different sectors in Greater Noida from May.

The Ganga water will be supplied to sectors like Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Pi 3. Residents living in Swarn Nagri, sectors 36, 35 and Phase 1 in Greater Noida will also receive the Ganga water.

The trial for Ganga water supply will be done by the authority in March-April.

At present, the residents are getting supply of treated groundwater from wells in Greater Noida.

GreNo Authority to hear real estate grievances on Jan 19

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has decided to hold a meeting to give a push for development works in the area. As per the official information, the meeting will be held on January 19, 2021.

The meeting will be organised  on digital platform - Zoom at 4 pm on January 19. An official statement said, “Real estate developers or  real estate associations willing to put their grievances can submit their views on osdsps@gnida.in till January 18.” 

During the meeting, the Greater Noida authority will hold discussion on grievances put forward by the developers and will resolve them.
