Following non-compliance of a recent order, residents of Antriksh Golf View II, a residential society in Sector 78, Noida, on May 2
5 lodged a complaint with the Noida Authority against the developer for allegedly trying to convert a space earmarked for stilt car parking into residential flats.
Earlier, on May 15, the Authority had convened a meeting between the builder, residents and officers concerned of Noida Authority, and had noted issues raised by residents. It ordered the builder to compile a report in response to these issues within a period of 10 days. But a reply from the builder is awaited.

Annu Khan, president of NEFOMA, told City Spidey that the officer noted the residents’ grievance and assured that the Authority would not tolerate any violation of the approved layout plan.
Some of the residents who were part of the delegation are Parvesh Bansal, Ram Gupta, Surjeet Shah, Raj Thapariyal, Akhil Rawat, Ashutosh Vir Singh, Rahul Jain, Amit Awasthi, Abhishek Pandey, Niraj Gupta and Anurag Waliya.
