Noida Sector 55 Residents Attend Meeting with FONRWA, RWA and Police



Noida News: A meeting was held at Community Centre 55 with the office-bearers of FONRWA and RWA Noida Sector 55, along with the residents of the sector. Present at the meeting were RWA Noida Sector 55 president Gajendra Singh Bansal, general secretary Shrikant Bansal, additional deputy commissioner of police Shakti Awasthi, SHO Sanjay Singh Police Station Sector 58, Chowki Incharge, and other officials.

Shrikant Bansal expressed concern over the increasing crime in the sector and highlighted the lack of police patrolling, particularly in the parks. He suggested that the police patrolling should be strengthened to prevent people from criminal and other areas from consuming alcohol and drugs in the parks. He also proposed a ban on such activities. He further raised concerns over the presence of a large number of unclaimed cars and other vehicles in the sector, which could be used for criminal activities, and suggested their prompt removal.

Gajendra Singh Bansal said that the RWA was willing to bear the cost of the crane required for the removal of the vehicles. The weekly market held on Sundays causes traffic snarls, and it should be set up on one side of the road only to alleviate the issue. The residents also provided valuable suggestions to improve law and order in the sector and curb criminal incidents, such as the installation of traffic lights on the main road section.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Shakti Awasthi listened attentively to all the issues raised and assured the attendees that the police department would take all necessary measures to curb criminal incidents in the sector. He also provided tips on how to avoid online fraud.

The meeting was attended by R.W.A. president Gajendra Singh Bansal, general secretary Shrikant Bansal, Bhushan Sharma, Sudesh Khokar, Kuldeep Sharma, FONRWA president Yogendra Sharma, general secretary K.K. Jain, senior vice-president Rajeev Garg, Ashok Tyagi, Bhushan Sharma, and R.W.A. Sector 55 office-bearers, along with a large number of residents of the sector.
