A massive fire broke out in the "L Tower" of the 14th Avenue Society of Gaur City and created turmoil among the residents of the society. The fire broke out around 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday. Fire tenders rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.
A resident informed that when the fire broke out, no one was in the flat, and because of that, no casualties occurred. Initially, the fire broke out on the balcony of flat 2097 in The L Tower and reached the flat above it. In the meantime the security section of the society informed the fire brigade department. The residents of the society got involved immediately in extinguishing the fire.

Officials of the fire department said that the fire erupted on the first-floor’s balcony where the flat occupants made a worship place and lit a lamp. The fire then gradually reached second-floor apartment as well. Officers said that they would be investigating the matter through which the fire broke out.
Aman Singh Parmar, a resident of L-tower P096, informed the CitySpidey that he saw the black smoke outside his flat; he then reached the balcony to find out the reason and found that a massive fire broke out. He then called up 101 and informed the security guards about the incident.
