On March 22nd, 2023, a meeting was held in Sector 39 of Noida, attended by officials and residents of the area. Among the attendees were the Federation of Noida Resident Welfare Association (FONRWA), the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Shakti Awasthi, and a representative from the local Resident Welfare Association (RWA).
During the meeting, residents expressed their concerns about traffic problems that had arisen following the construction of Ryan School, as well as issues with encroachments at Gate No. 5 and Shashi Chowk. They also raised concerns about the parking of AAP cabs in the area.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Shakti Awasthi listened to these concerns and promised to take action, ordering the station head to work on solutions to these issues. He also promised to do everything in his power to curb criminal incidents in the sector.
Tejpal Singh Arora, the RWA secretary for Sector 39, spoke about the increasing incidents of crime in the area, stating that it was a serious problem that needed to be addressed by law enforcement. Noida News
Other officials and residents offered suggestions for strengthening police patrolling in the sector and addressing law and order issues. Present at the meeting were R.W.A. president Ashok Khanna, FONRWA president Yogendra Sharma, general secretary K.K. Jain, senior vice-president Rajeev Garg, and several RWA Sector 39 office-bearers, including TS Arora, PP Sabharwal, BrijeshGoyal, and Sanjay Goyal.
