The Capital on Thursday reported 130 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,37,445. The number of new cases reported came out of 60,441 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 38,956 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 21,485 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was at 0.22 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.41 per cent.
Two deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,896. One death was reported on Tuesday, 2 on Monday, and 2 on Sunday 3.
A total of 153 patients recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,25,496 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 98.12 per cent. Currently, there are 1,053 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,747 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,293 are vacant. A total of 434 patients are in home isolation.
