A musical competition, Karaoke, was held on Saturday at Prateek Wisteria in Sector 77, Noida. The residents participated in the competition with great zeal and passion.
Three residents bagged prizes in the musical competition. Hemant Kumar, Vijay Johri and Praveen Srivastava gave their best to secure prizes in the competition.
Hemant said that there were several participants from different residential societies in the sector. Three residents were selected in the final round.
“We contested very carefully in the final round as we wanted to win as many prizes as we could. Out of the four prizes, we were successful in winning three,” he added.
Hemant said that it was nice platform for all participants as they took it as an opportunity to do away with fear of performing on stage for a live musical event.
“Another thing was that there were no age bar for the partcipants. Young, old and kids could participate in the event,” he added.
A prize distribution ceremony was organised on the same day to honour the winners.
LG, Indirapuram sponsored the competition. They gave prizes to the winners of the competition.
