People of Dwarka are in great shock after the deaths of the soldiers in suicide bomb attack which happened at Pulwama recently. Every evening, people are paying homage to the soldiers who died in the attack.
RWAs and the managements of all the Cooperative Group Housing Societies (CGHS) and the DDA pockets have asked the residents to join them at the parks or temple premises to light the candles collectively to show unity against terrorism and pay homage to the soldiers.
In many societies, the candles were lit earlier. And, in many other societies, it is being done on Sunday.
RWAs and the managements have written on the notice boards to pay the homage and join the candle march inside the societies. Individual families too have been carrying a campaign lighting three candles in the balcony of the flats.
Social organisations have also been carrying candle march in the area to show their support to the nation and the families of martyrs.
