Ghaziabad: Has the UP Apartment Act been violated at Niho Scottish Gardens?

Residents of Niho Scottish Gardens have decided to conduct a peaceful protest against the RWA for committing some aberrations in terms of managing the society’s affairs. Speaking to City Spidey residents have said that the RWA has violated the UP Apartment Act of 2010 by not taking their approval on the society’s balance sheet.

Abhishek Kumar a resident of the society told City Spidey that this act of the RWA has caused dissatisfaction among residents who have therefore decided to protest. “The problem has been going on from the time of the RWA elections in June. Incidentally, the current members who were also present in the previous body had not approved the balance sheet in the course of the annual general meeting. We had also demanded for a clarification from the RWA members but did not respond to our demand,” Kumar added. apartment management software

The protest is going to happen in a park tomorrow morning inside the society premises. The residents who have planned the protest also told City Spidey that they have been trying to build pressure on the RWA so that it acts on some of the discrepancies committed by the builder.
The RWA members had their side of the story.  Speaking to City Spidey, an RWA member said that the protest is being planned by disgruntled residents who have lost the RWA elections. “These people are just trying to divide the residents and spoil the peaceful environment,” said DK Maury, president, RWA.
