about the protests, his officials came to the spot to make a list of the
grievances and try to solve them. The representatives convened a
meeting with residents and gave them assurance that all issues would be
resolved at the earliest.
Shailendra Baranwal, a resident of the society, said that Vikas
Kansal, director, and Rajeev Singh, general manager of the company,
visited the society to inspect the seepage and leakage in the basement.
It prompted them to direct the maintenance staff deployed at the society
to immediately initiate action to stop the leakages. noida local news
Residents also demanded the installation of CCTV cameras in passenger
lifts and parking lots. He said the developer had agreed to the
proposal of CCTV cameras in lifts and the basement. But when residents
demanded a CCTV camera on each floor, the builder’s representatives kept
silent. The residents also demanded an individual letter box outside
each flat to be provided by the developer.

that they would be put up before senior officials for consideration and
approval.
