“It took me three hours to reach Gurgaon from N oida and I got late for office," said Arti Sharma, an MNC executive and resident of Noida. " The kawariya had also had taken up half the road and despite heavy police deployment, the traffic snarls persisted for hours."
Rahul Kanwar, an MNC executive who works at Cyber City, said, “To my utter shock, Gurgaon had no traffic c ongestion and Delhi was jam pa cked till Dhaula Kuan.”
The city is expected to have r ainfall by end of this week.
