Noida Authority on Wednesday
removed illegal fences put up around green areas by the builder in Griha
Pravesh, a residential society in Sector 77. The builder had encroached
upon the society's green areas by putting up iron rails around them.
An official of Noida Authority told City Spidey
that they had received complaints from residents of the society about
the issue. “We conducted an inspection and found that the builder had
put up the fences illegally," the official said. noida society news
The official said they had sent
three notices to the builder (dated May 5, May 29 and July 7) asking him
to remove the barricading. But the builder had not paid any heed to the
Authority's orders. noida local news
Gautam Kumar, president of the
society's AOA, said he was glad that the Authority had taken some action
on the issue. “The builder had stopped the entry of the residents by
putting up the fence," said Kumar. apartment management system
