Greater Noida Industrial D evelopment Authority or GNIDA, on Tuesday, released a list of allottees who were yet to clear the land-allotment dues for group housing projec ts, industries and commercial activities in the city.
According to the list, 1,363 industrialists and developers, who were allotted plots for setting up industria l units and housing projects, have not paid dues worth Rs 4,300 crores to GNIDA. Of the total, builders have the highest dues. Greater Noida News

Amrapali Group tops the defaulter list with dues more than a whopping Rs 1,852 crore for housing projects such as Leisure Valley, Dream Valley, Smart City and Centurion Park (The builder is yet to submit the details of sold and unsold flats for Leisure Valley). Amrapali is followed by Omaxe Ltd, which owes Rs 129.38 crore and ATS Infrastr ucture, which owes Rs 155.18 crore to GNIDA.
A GNIDA official said it will start to recover the dues soon.
