A workshop to empower young girls and women by spreading knowledge about menstrual health was organised in sector 107, Noida by Challengers Group Trust and Pothi Patri Foundation, led by Geetika Arya. The workshop also debunked myths and fostered an open conversation about the menstrual process.
The workshop was named "Menstruation is not a shame but a symbol of strength".
Richa Rajput, president of the foundation imparted important information on protecting women and adolescent girls from infections during the epidemic.

In addition, the participants were informed about the serious problems caused by the use of clothes during periods. The women and adolescent girls participated in the workshop with enthusiasm. At the end of the workshop, free eco-friendly sanitary napkins were distributed to all.
