The indefinite strike called by residents of Saviour Park Society, Ghaziabad, entered on its eleventh day. However, neither the police administration nor the Ghaziabad Development Authority expressed any concern about it. This strike might continue for an unknown period of time.

A resident of the Saviour Park Society informed that they entered on the eleventh day of the strike; no one came forward to resolve their issue. Yesterday, the President of FEDAOA, Col. TP Tyagi, and Rajkumar Tyagi, President of Trans Hindon FEDAOA, gave a new life to this war, gave a new direction, and communicated a new enthusiasm by addressing the residents involved in the strike.

Kanchan Arora, AOA vice president of the Saviour Park Society, told us, "With the cooperation of Col TP Tyagi and Rajkumar Tyagi, the police who came to stop the strike had to leave empty-handed,." She further said that Col. T P Tyagi assured them he would stand firm with them until their demands get fulfilled.

Sandeep Verma, a resident of the Saviour Park Society, informed that, COL. T P Tyagi guided them and according to the Apartment Ownership Act, a takeover notice should be given to all parties so that the AOA could directly contact residents and provide service. The builder should be held responsible for any pending work and the legal proceedings should persist.

As per his guidance, President Amit Chaudhary declared Richa Verma, the new General Secretary of the society and decided that they would send notice to the builder for the takeover of the Saviour Park Society, as per the AOA Act. The President of the AOA requested the residents and the AOAs of other communities to come and lend their support.
