The residents of Prateek Wisteria Sector 77 Noida in Prateek Canary Sector 150 Noida staged a protest against Prateek Group on Sunday and demanded - outstanding Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) payments, completion of outstanding registration, and completion of outstanding works. Nitesh Ranjan, the President of the Prateek Wisteria AOA, said that they want the pending IFMS payments to be completed, the pending registration to be done as soon as possible, and the pending works to be completed as soon as possible.
Naresh Gupta, a Prateek Wisteria resident, said that their basic demand is to get their money back with interest, which has been stuck with IFMS for a long time. He also mentioned that some works are yet to be completed, such as basement works and repairing the expansion joint, and the promised registry works should also be completed.
Sanjeev Kanwara, another Prateek Wisteria resident, said that there are at least 750 flats that are not yet registered, and they want their IFMS money back. He also mentioned that some scratches on the walls in the basement should be repaired and painted.
