Delhi on Monday reported 121 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,35,217. The number of new cases reported came out of 43,712 tests conducted on the previous day.
Of which, 29,370 were RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 14,342 were rapid antigen tests. The positivity rate was 0.28 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.89 per cent.
3 patients died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,856. 4 deaths were recorded on Sunday, 8 on Saturday, 6 on Friday, 6 on Thursday and 9 on Wednesday.
214 patients recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,23,096 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 98.09 per cent.
The recoveries outnumbered the new cases on Monday. Active cases declined by 96 in the last 24 hours. Delhi has now 1,265 active cases.
Out of the total 6,306 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,682 are vacant. A total of 504 patients are in home isolation.
