Delhi on Wednesday reported 127 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,36,387. The number of new cases reported came out of 66,803 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 44,878 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 21,925 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 0.19 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.62 per cent.
Two deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,884. Zero deaths were recorded on Tuesday, 3 on Monday, 2 on Sunday, 4 on Saturday, and 2 on Friday.
A total of 131 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,24,457 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 98.12 per cent. Currently, there are 1,046 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,835 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,354 are vacant.
A total of 426 patients are in home isolation.
