The residents of RG Residency, a high-rise in Noida sector 120, have alleged poor maintenance services by the management of the society. They claimed, despite paying maintenance charges for two years in advance, they are forced to live in a poorly maintained society.
Tanveer Khan, a resident of the society allegedly said, “Green belt area in the society has become useless as the pruning of green grass has not been not done for the last several months. On the other hand, security guards have been removed from many towers.”

Another resident on request of anonymity said that the security agency has a reduced number of on-duty security guards saying it has not received payment from the management. “When I talked to security guards, they said they have not received monthly salaries for the last six months,” he said.
They further claimed, due to not paying water bills, the supply of Ganga water has been cut. “Each tower has the facility of two lifts, but only one lift is operational. There have been several incidents when residents got stuck in lifts but the management did not pay heed,” said Vaseem Haidar, another resident. Gate management system
Residents further alleged that due to lack of parking rules in society premises, people have a tough time. “The management has neither earmarked parking slots nor has distributed stickers which often results in heat arguments among the residents while parking their vehicles.”
