The members of Noida Estate Flat Owners Main Association (NEFOMA) on Monday met with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greater Noida Authority to raise the issues prevailing near the societies at Greater Noida West area.
After the discussion over the issues, the members requested for timely resolution from the CEO Narendra Bhooshan. The CEO ordered the GM Project, SK Srivastava, to initiate work related to the service road, street lights and parks in the area.
President of NEFOMA, Annu Khan said that they have been raising these issues in last one year. He particularly put emphasis on repairing of service roads, better upkeep of green belts and proper maintenance of street lights in the area.
He said that these works should be conducted ahead of the onset of monsoon as situation will worsen after that. He said that the CEO has assured them that all the works will be done.
Other issues which were discussed included – rise in the theft cases in the area, filth causing health hazards, construction of U-turn in front of the Green Arch society and closure of a cement crusher which causes pollution.
