The worried nine home buyers – who had booked flats in Casa Greens 1 in Noida Extension – but had later complained to the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) against delayed possession of their homes are now disappointed with yet another set back.
The home buyers had lodged a complaint with RERA in November 2018 and received five hearing dates from the authority. But the verdict, which the buyers were expecting to get on the hearing date held last week, has been delayed as the developer's lawyer was not present.

According to the buyers, they had made full payment to the developer against the purchase of homes but the possession has been delayed. The group housing project is being developed by Radhey Krishna Techno Build Pvt Ltd, a realty company.
Sharad Kumar, a complainant said that he had booked home in the project in 2016 and made full payment to the developer. He claimed that despite making full payment, he has been waiting to get possession for his home.
He said that the inordinate delay in possession of flats has forced the buyers to move the court. The complainants want immediate possession of their flats and interest on the payments they have made to the developer.
Manoj Sharma, another complainant, expressed that he wasn’t satisfied with the way the case was progressing. He said that the verdict should have come out by now but it is being delayed. "I am not satisfied with the development in the case as it looks like the verdict is getting delayed. The authority is also not working as they should," he said.
