In the process to augment NH-9, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has closed CISF cut which merged on the highway. In its alternative, an underpass U-turn on the left of the CISF cut is turned open for the commuters. However, the closure of this cut is temporary.
Officials on NH-9 project of NHAI confirmed that the cut is temporarily closed for augmentation of the highway and would be open once the augmentation is complete.

"The current alternative is in place to not disrupt the flow of heavy traffic goes on this route," the official added.
Meanwhile, for the time being, the commuters moving towards Noida and Delhi would have to take an extra 500 meters long route to get on the highway.
The CISF road is the most favoured route for the residents of Indirapuram, Vasundhara, and Sahibabad to travel areas of Noida and Delhi.
