The Noida Police on Saturday nabbed two persons for their involvement in the murder case which happened at the Garden Glory society at Sector 46.
Both the accused – Suraj (22) and Prem (23) – belonged to Firozabad. The others absconders are - Satendra, Chotan, Harishankar, Titu, Sharif, Mannu, Deepu and Ravi.
On Thursday, two persons were shot dead by a rival gang. The deceased were identified as - Anil (35) and Harinath (21). They were also from Firozabad.
Anil was one of the most wanted criminals in Firozabad. He was involved in more than six cases including robbery, murder and Arms and Gangster acts.
The SP Noida, Sudha Singh said that they were successful in arresting two persons after a tip-off by an informer.
“Satendra and Anil had an old rivalry. In 2008, Satendra killed the big brother of Anil. Anil took revenge by killing Satendra’s uncle (Joharlal). Both were sent into the jail,” Singh said.
“Recently, Satendra came out from jail and conspired with his friend to kill Anil. Satendra called Anil by changing his name and offered him a sand contract. The accused called him firstly at Mathura and then Noida,” she said.
“The accused wanted to kill Anil in Mathura. But, Satendra and his accomplices were not successful in assembling at that place and the plan failed. Then, Satendra called Anil at Noida by giving him the same offer and was successful in killing him at Sector 46,” SP added
Singh informed, “Satendra had clearly instructed his aides to kill Anil and his friends. Once they came in front of each other, Satendra and his accomplices started firing on them. More than 15 rounds of firing were done by them.”
Police also recovered a 32 bore pistol, a 315 bore pistol and some live cartridges. “Police is also looking for other eight accused. Three teams have been formed to search them,” Police said.
