Bringing respite to hassled homebuyers, Noida Authority will be issuing completion and occupancy certificates [CC and OC] to 2,103 flats under four projects within the January 15.
An official with Noida Authority said, “This year, Noida Authority issued certificates to 21,638 flats in various projects and all the buyers are living in their flats right now after registry. Last month, Noida Authority issued 673 CCs.”
Sudhir Mishra, a senior manager with Noida Authority, confirmed, “The CCs and OCs for two projects will be given before New Year, and for the rest, it will be by January 15.”
