According to police accounts, Singh had stopped his car near Golf Course Metro Station to take a call when suddenly two miscreants came on a bike and asked Singh to roll down the window. When the victim refused to do so, one of the miscreants fired at him, breaking the glass first and then hitting the victim’s leg.
