Primary schools to remain closed in Delhi and Ghaziabad tomorrow

With the pollution level in Delhi reaching — and in places even exceeding — hazardous levels, the Delhi and Ghaziabad governments have declared all private and government schools closed tomorrow.
The holiday will, however, extend to only students of up to Class V.
The Delhi government's order read: “The Delhi government has decided to close all schools in Delhi up to Class 5 on Wednesday due to bad air quality in the national capital.”
And here's a snapshot of the tweet by the Ghaziabad DM:

Earlier in the morning, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal suggested that all schools be closed for a few days and had directed Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia to take a final call on this issue.
The government has also advised residents to avoid morning and evening walks to avoid inhaling the toxic air; and directed all schools to stop outdoor activities.
The situation will be reviewed tomorrow and a decision taken on whether classes should be resumed,” the Delhi government said.
