The bail plea for Ashok Kumar, the bus conductor who was initially suspected by Gurgaon Police to be the alleged murderer in the sensational Ryan International case, will be heard today in Gurgaon Court at 2 pm.
The judge has asked the CBI to state why it has no objections to the bail plea. Though the CBI has submitted an answer, it is an incomplete one, and the judge has asked them to submit a full response.
The CBI has been asked by the court to produce the complete case diary at the hearing today.
