DHVBN can dump its supplies wherever it wants!

Residents of South City II are angry with officials of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) for their callous attitude — they just dumped heavy electricity cables in the sector some four months back and left. And even after repeated reminders, they have not bothered to clear out the mess.

The dump has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes, allege residents.
Moreover, using Gate No. 3 has become difficult since there’s little space for movement. Gurgaon News
“When we approached the staff to remove the cables, they told us they don't have the space to keep them — that’s not our problem!” retaliated Neeraj Yadav, RWA president, South City II. Gurgaon Local News
“The government wants us to take preventive measures to curb the spread of dengue. And this is how the authorities behave!” complained Sangeeta Rawat, a resident of South City II, Block G.Apartment Management Sysem
Speaking to City Spidey, Liyakat Ali, assistant engineer, DHBVN, said, “We will clear out everything within two days, and the residents will no longer have to face any inconvenience.”
