Are flat buyers happy with Amrapali's plans for project completion?

Anil Sharma, CMD of Amrapali Group, met flat buyers sitting on an indefinite strike outside the Amrapali office in Sector 62, Noida. Sharma had to submit his roadmap on project completion at this meeting, along with a tower-wise report, to flat buyers.

Buyers said they had invested their life's earnings into the Amrapali projects but the real estate group had failed to give them possession of their flats till date. Some of the buyers also alleged that construction work of Amrapali projects had stopped two years ago.
Satish Kumar, a buyer, told City Spidey that they were unhappy with the roadmap discussed by Sharma. “We told him that we will not end this protest till he tells us what his plans are to complete the projects and also show us the audit reports of these projects,” he added.
Buyers also questioned the role of the Noida Authority and the Greater Noida Authority, saying both had not taken any action against the developer, as a result of which buyers were now having to sit on a dharna.
Mahendra Singh, city magistrate of Noida, told City Spidey, “This was a planned meeting, but buyers are not satisfied with what the Amrapali Group has planned. Now the developer has taken 15 more days to discuss his final plans for project completion with buyers.” apartment management software
