Lotus Boulevard, Noida: Ceiling plaster collapses on dinner table

Six members of a family residing in Lotus Boulevard in Sector 100, Noida, narrowly escaped getting seriously injured after a portion of the ceiling plaster fell on them. Only one of them sustained minor injuries to the head.

The incident took place last night, when the family was having dinner in their drawing-dining room.
Flat owner Manish Kapoor told City Spidey that around 9 pm all family members were at the dinner table, when a large portion of the ceiling plaster right overhead came off. “Thankfully, my children are safe and I just have some small injuries on my head that are not serious. I am amazed that the developer could have used such poor-quality construction material,” he added. noida local news

Livid, Kapoor then went to the Sector 39 police station and lodged a complaint against the builder.
Manya, Kapoor’s wife, holds Noida Authority equally responsible for the incident. She angrily remarked, “How could the Authority issue a completion certificate and an occupancy certificate without even conducting a quality check on the construction? And 800 families have already moved in!” rwa management software
