Prateek Laurel’s freshly elected AOA gets to work

Prateek Laurel’s new AOA recently took over the society’s management board and decided to pursue a host of issues with the builder.

Nine residents were elected unopposed on June 24.

Ved Prakash, Uday Kumar Jain, Avaneesh Sinha, Niraj Kumar, Sanjeeb Datta and Jaiprakash Agrawal were elected to the posts of president, secretary, treasurer, vice-president, assistant secretary and assistant treasurer, respectively. RG Naik, Vineet Tyagi and Nidhi Saxena were announced executive members of the board.

Developing a park for the kids, repairing and painting damaged walls are some of the pressing issues that will be taken up by freshly elected board.  Society Management Software

Amit Tripathi, a resident, said the portions of the ceiling plaster from several walls have been giving way. He added, “It is dangerous for residents — chunks of the ceiling falling off can cause serious injuries. The management board should take up this issue promptly. “ neighbourhood news

Prakash, president for the board, said, “We have taken over the maintenance and security from the developer in April this year. But the builder is to complete all the pending work in the society.” He added, “Installation of the exhaust pipes for DG sets is in progress, but the developers need to speed up the process.”



He also said, “We’ll talk to the developer about a park for children. Repairing and painting of the damaged walls also figure prominently in our agenda.”
