Gurgaon’s Ambience Lagoon scores a victory over builder

A 14-year-long case — and, finally, justice for the RWA!
The RWA of Ambience Lagoon in DLF City Phase III had gone to court for the builder’s refusal to hand over control of the society. Finally, it has been ordered by the Punjab and Haryana High Court that the society can hold elections.

Elections were held yesterday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The tussle for control with the builder ended after ALARWA (Ambience Lagoon RWA) won with 189 votes — a telling victory.
To ensure fair polls, a retired sessions judge and police were present at the venue. gurgaon local news
